Lời Tòa Soạn: Vừa qua, Tòa soạn Diễn Đàn Nông Gia Việt Nam/Nam Úc có nhận được lá thư của một người Úc gốc Việt gởi cho những cơ quan chính quyền Tây Úc, những hội đoàn Việt Nam thuộc Cộng Đồng Người Việt Tự Do ở Tây Úc, những vị dân cử và quốc hội tiểu bang Tây Úc...v..v...
    Nội dung của lá thư đã trình bày về hành vi và ngôn từ “Thô Lổ”của ông Bs chủ tịch CĐNVTD/ TU đã gởi tin nhắn đến ông Ian Wells (tên Việt Nam là Xuân Nam) với lời chửi thề tục tỉu: FUCK YOU. Đọc qua lá thư của ông Ian Wells, nếu chúng ta là người Việt Nam thì thật là xấu hổ với người Úc chính thống và với các sắc dân khác! Bởi vì cộng đồng Việt Nam chúng ta ở Tây Úc có người đại diện với hàm bác sĩ mà sử dụng ngôn từ “Văn hóa trí thức” như thế?. Còn nữa, nghe nói ban chấp hành Cộng Đồng Người Việt Tự Do Tây Úc do ông bs Anh Nguyen làm chủ tịch, bây giờ chỉ còn có 3 người: Chủ tịch, phó chủ tịch, thủ ủy. Than ôi! Một ông chủ tịch độc tài, không có khả năng làm việc đã làm ô danh người Việt Nam với một từ ngữ FUCK YOU!!!!
     Đọc qua lá thư của ông Ian Wells, chúng ta có thể xếp loại ông chủ tịch CĐNVTD Tây Úc vào hạng trí thức của Mao Trạch Đông đã ví : Trí thức không bằng cục cứt trôi sông vì cục cứt còn nuôi được một con chó...

Dear Tracey and All,
RE: Dr ANH NGUYEN, THE PRESIDENT OF VIETNAMESE COMMUNITY HAS ABUSED ONE CITIZEN BY TEXTED HIM "FUCK YOU" ON 19-10-2013.
As human beings, working on behalf of the people of WA, can you please advise me what to do as I have been abused and very sick by Dr. ANH NGUYEN, the expired President of the Vietnamese Community who texted me the offensive language of "FUCK YOU" after I texted him to say "Best Wishes" and "Good Luck" for the Vietnamese Music Show that I can't help nor attending the performance due to the numbers of unrested community reasons caused by him? (Please view attached files).
Due to his bad behaviour to the Vietnamese Community that included the offensive language of "FUCK YOU" I am appalled at this attitude. This is totally unacceptable to me as a member and citizen of the community. In addition, he has made lots of Australian-Vietnamese in WA and other States also very upset because of this appalling behaviour. This is very Un-Australian from the Dr and President of the Vietnamese Community in WA, Whom should be setting an example for people to look up too and respect.
He has also abused two recent human rights since they asked me to help the event as follows:
FIRST ONE: On Tues 17-09-2013, at the meeting, I've expressed by heart for the reasons why I can help him because he has only two committee members left(himself & Mr Chanh Thai),not enough people so that I will help but he has abruptly said to me that "don't speaking out about this matter of 90% committee members left him". So I know that he has not respected our freedom of speech & human rights at all. However; I was to ignore about his problem.

SECOND ONE: Between August-Septemebr, Dr. Anh Nguyen & Mr Chanh Thai have abused the human rights of a Vietnamese lady who voluntarily helps their Vietnamese Community Program in North Perth Radio Station but they have terminated her work because she also voluntarily helps another Vietnamese Program in Joondalup & Wanneroo Radio Station. I feel disgusting as she has a right to help any one, any where so that my suggestion is to let her doing her works but becasue of FEAR so that Mr Chanh Thai had to phone Dr Anh Nguyen to get his decision. It's therefore Dr. Anh Nguyen is more than a disgrace to the Community, as a whole. There is now a question can be made possible that is he a dangerous Vietnamese Leader?
        Further to the above mentioned matters, there are many people of the Vietnamese Community who have disclosed that their community voluntary works and social life have now been seriously abused, disturbed, controlled and invaded with "FEAR" created by Dr. Anh Nguyen. However; GOD KNOWS, that there are many people who are now aware of what's going on in the Community, even though his term has been expired, and what he is intending to do in achieving his following purposes:
1. Destroying the trust and dividing the people in the Vietnamese Community.
 2. Building up a spy system among the Vietnamese to control the community and potentially taking revenge.
 3. Confusing innocent people so that they can be poisoning each other mind leading to the unrest amongst themselves.
 4. Controlling people by fabricated him self as the most important President since Vietnamese Boat People arrived WA to keep his power going.
 5. Ninety percent (90%) of good Vietnamese Community Committee Members left him due to his bad behaviour and wrong doing, plus showing off his power by his rude and arrogant attitude towards them and the Community. However; he is smart enough to intake any one working for him and taking advantage as much as possible before leaving them in the cold.
 6. Showing off his power by verbally claiming that he personally knows Police here very well, so he can call them any time when necessary. He also has stated that he knows many Lawyers, MP's, and he is also a special multi-culture member of WA Parliament House. Many community members and I, we have the impression that he tries to make him self the important President and acting more likely a Vietnamese Premier for Australian-Vietnamese of WA.
 7. As a Vietnamese Dr for a specific group of Vietnamese patients, he also claimed that most of his patients from Hai Phong, North Vietnam who are unfear for any thing and physically strong character who can provide him any news and he can call them any time when he needs, etc. This is psycollogically creating "FEAR" to others so that his attitude unacceptble because those patients only supporting his medical business and they are good people regardless to who they are.
      Based on all of the above mentioned matters, I am once again convinced that Dr. Anh Nguyen is a bastard who has not only made the Community unrest but also abused human rights. So obviously; he is not only unfit for the currently expired President position but also unfit for the next election president candidate. He should now return the title of President with a sincere apology to the Community and his victims then leave immediately.
"To excersice our rights and showing the evidence as a fair go for every one so that the refrainment and witnesses can be made available for you all to judge when requested".
Finally, to make our Australian-Vietnamese Community better by seeking the advise, and reporting this matter of Dr. Anh Nguyen to you, and all of the WA Government / Parliament House, Misnister of Justice, WA Police Commission, the MP's, the local governments, other authorities, the local Vietnamese Community People as well as seeking legal advise. And I really hope that your advise and human rights issue with legal action that will help to bring our Australian-Vietnamese Community of 36 years back to its normal life with Love-Peace-Freedom & Happiness making a better and more harmonious place with justice where we all can live as respected human beings.
